With over 20 years of experience, Yossi specializes in dispute resolution, with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation, advising major technology-based companies on a wide range of intellectual property issues.
His work includes advising and representing global clients in a wide range of industries, regarding complex IP litigation, and transactions. This also involves counseling on matters regarding patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, counterfeiting, and unfair competition.
