With almost two decades of hands-on experience in the field of intellectual property (IP), Andrey specializes in legal, technological and related business counseling, prosecution, and litigation of IP rights, as well as advising clients on matters of copyrights, commercial imitations and trade secrets, in Israel, United States, Europe, and many other jurisdictions.
Andrey’s versatile background and formal education in technological, scientific, and judicial disciplines, allow a very wide spectrum of technological, legal and commercial aspects to be concurrently analyzed inclusively, thus providing comprehensive and integrated counseling considering many different factors.
Andrey’s work encompasses management of large patent portfolios, drafting patent applications, prosecution of IP rights, due diligence matters; infringement, validity and patentability opinions, as well as post-grant and pre-grant opposition proceedings all over the world.
Andrey’s has been involved in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in many technological fields including: Biotech, Agrotech, Medicine, Pharmaceuticals, Computers, Telecommunication, Physics, Chemistry and Medical Devices.
