With over 27 years of experience spanning hi-tech, technology transfer, commercial law, defense and international transactions — including capital markets in Canada, the UK, and Australia — Anna brings deep expertise in complex cross-border legal and business matters.
Her practice focuses on representing investors, VC’s and technology companies at all stages of growth, with particular emphasis on international transactions and strategic counseling for both Israeli and foreign clients. Anna has extensive experience advising clients in the HLS and defense industries, alongside fintech, cyber, and medical device sectors.
She has played a central role in venture capital financings, licensing and international trade matters, EPC projects, strategic alliances, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings on the AIM, the London Stock Exchange, Nasdaq and the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
In addition to her legal practice, Anna serves as a mentor at several Israeli hi-tech hubs and accelerators.
Anna’s client base ranges from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, including global corporations, mid-size enterprises, private companies, and major institutional funds operating in cutting-edge technology fields, with a strong presence in HLS and defense technologies.
