Yohai Hurvitz is a Partner in the Corporate, M&A, Capital Markets and Securities, and Commercial Litigation Groups at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv Office. Yohai is highly experienced in M&A and commercial transactions and his main focus are on the hi-tech, sports and entertainment industries and nonprofit organizations. Yohai has represented Players and Clubs in hearings before the CAS (Court of Arbitration For Sport In Switzerland) as well as represented UEFA in a class actions in Israel.
Yohai has earned his Masters degree in Law and Economics from the Tel Aviv University (Thesis on the Economic analysis of Tenders) and earned an L.L.B and B.A in Economics from the Tel Aviv University.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen Yohai was a partner in D. Mirkin & Co and served as a vice president and in-house counsel to a number of leading Israeli corporations.
