BIOGRAPHY
With over 25 years as a commercial lawyer, Noa Carmel has a vast experience in the fields of corporate, securities, and administrative law.
Her work includes advising on corporate, securities law, and administrative law to public and private companies, government offices, statutory authorities, private companies, and third-sector organizations. Noa has been involved in providing legal advice to companies’ management as well as legal counsel on tenders and commercial agreements. She has also advised government offices (such as MOT, MOF, and the Ministry of Religious Services) in legislative and regulatory processes, from their very beginning until their approval in the Knesset.
Noa’s clients range from private and public companies traded in TASE to statutory authorities. She has represented clients such as Maytronics Ltd., Oil Refineries Ltd. and Phinergy Ltd., Israel Airport Authority (IAA), The Government Companies Authority, and government companies like Ashdod Port Company Ltd. and Halamish, and third sector organizations (like Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel).
