Matan Carmel is an associate in the IP litigation group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Matan deals in commercial litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation relating to counterfeiting and unfair competition, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, patents and designs.
Matan represents a wide range of Israeli and international clients in civil proceedings, including before the Israeli civil courts, the Israeli Patent Office and arbitration tribunals.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Matan gained wide range of legal services in involving commercial law disputes and worked for several law firms, including as an associate in the litigation department of AYR.
Matan also took part in Haifa University’s Clinic of Law and Technology under the guidance of prof. Niva Elkin-Koren and holds an LL.B and a B.A in economics (2016).
