Sarah Benowich’s practice focuses on guiding clients from around the world in preventing and resolving commercial, intellectual property, and privacy-related disputes.
She has represented clients through all phases of dispute resolution, ranging from early negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation. Sarah regularly practices in New York State and various federal courts, and she is experienced in directing all phases of discovery, motion practice, and appeals.
Sarah’s clients, ranging from innovative individual founders to established multinational corporations, represent diverse, dynamic sectors, including technology, media, and consumer goods. Clients look to Sarah for pragmatic, business-oriented advice and solutions to prevent and address complex challenges that arise at different growth stages. She leverages her deep understanding of her clients’ businesses to craft creative legal solutions to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
Sarah is a native New Yorker who has spent considerable time in France and Israel. Sarah’s international clients appreciate her familiarity with different jurisdictions and her ability to navigate the American legal system. Before rejoining Pearl Cohen as Senior Counsel, Sarah was an associate at Davis+Gilbert, and she began her career at Hogan Lovells.
