Benjamin Waltuch is a Partner in the Corporate Finance & Securities Group. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions including each of the following:
• M&A transactions,
• IPOs and other US securities filings,
• venture capital and private equity investments,
• commercial agreements, and
• loan facilities.
Benjamin has represented companies and their financing sources, buyers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, service providers and customers. His clients range from banks, VC funds and other financial institutions to companies in the high tech, solar and green energy, hospitality, manufacturing, telecom, software, medical device and pharmaceuticals industries.
Benjamin has represented emerging growth companies and their investors, from the very early stages of their development through their financings and exit transactions. He advises these clients on their ongoing legal needs focusing on angel or venture capital financing, public offerings and other fundraising.
Benjamin has represented US domestic and foreign private issuers in IPOs and follow on offerings, going-private transactions and SEC periodic reporting.
Benjamin also serves as a lecturer and mentor at various accelerators and entrepreneurial programs. Benjamin has judged start-up companies as part of the Mass Challenge Israel competition.
Born and educated in the US, Benjamin has practiced law in New York City at leading large international law firms for more than seven years and for more than fifteen years in Tel Aviv.
