With over 20 years of experience, Elena represents clients in commercial, corporate, labor law matters and international transactions.
Her work includes consulting venture capital financings, international trade, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients on matters such as corporate governance, and foreign markets, with an emphasis on the legislation of Russia and CIS countries.
She has also worked in Moscow, Russia for a large law firm as a partner, providing her client with legal consulting and litigation.
Elena’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. She represents global corporations, as well as mid-size companies, private companies, and more.
