BIOGRAPHY
With over 30 years of experience, Caleb focuses on patent prosecution and counseling in a variety of technologies such as software, AI, medical devices, fin-tech, and other technologies; Caleb also advises clients on worldwide patent strategy, manages large patent dockets, and works on patent due diligence and post-grant proceedings at the USPTO.
His work includes managing and prosecuting utility and design patent matters for large and small clients, advising clients on worldwide patent prosecution strategies, handling complex patent prosecution matters such as Section 101 rejections and appeals before the PTAB, and conducting post-grant proceedings including reexaminations and inter partes reviews (IPRs).
Caleb’s clients range from start-up companies to mid-cap companies taking a serious interest in their patent portfolios, and Fortune 500 companies. Among the clients he represents are Morgan Stanley in fin-tech related matters, as well as other companies involved in gaming, neural networks, big-data and AI-related software, medical devices, 3D printing, imaging, and other technologies.
