Shai Perel specializes in providing legal counsel and advisory services to start-up companies and venture capital funds in the technology sector, with a particular focus on biotechnology and artificial intelligence.
Her practice includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, investment agreements, founders’ agreements, SaaS agreements, technology licensing agreements, and other commercial contracts. She also provides ongoing legal advice to start-ups on matters related to their operations and business growth.
