BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Tal Rotman is a highly experienced attorney with extensive expertise in litigation, dispute resolution, commercial and corporate law, M&A, and sports law.
His practice areas include infrastructure and energy, alternative disputes, as well as constitutional and administrative law.
His work includes complex litigation, class actions, deal-making, corporate governance, M&As, financing transactions, and unique expertise in sports law.
Tal was involved in working for Justice Theodor Or in the Israeli Supreme Court, served on the Antitrust Tribunal, on the Advising Committee to the Israeli Banks’ Regulator, and on the board of directors of governmental companies. He also worked in management consulting at the New York office of McKinsey and Company and taught as Adjunct Lecturer at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
Tal’s clients range from the leading Basketball Club in Israel to Petrochemical companies, refineries, private equity funds, traditional industry companies, startups, high net-worth individuals, and foreign investors.
