BIOGRAPHY
With over 20 years of experience, Revital Cohen has vast expertise as a life science patent attorney, specifically in pharmaceuticals, chemistry (organic, organometallic, computational, and medicinal), and biology.
Her work includes managing large patent portfolios and counseling clients on IP strategy. She has been involved in drafting patent applications, leading patent prosecution for clients, and writing freedom-to-operate, clearance, and invalidity opinions.
Revital has also served as a scientist at EPIX Pharmaceuticals, Computational Drug Discovery. She also worked as a staff scientist at The Weizmann Institute of Science, as Chemical Research Support, and as a postdoctoral fellow in Theoretical Chemistry at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
Revital’s clients range from academic institutes to large companies. She represents technology transfer offices of academic institutions, as well as start-ups and multinational companies in the biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and agrochemical sectors.
