Ori Faust is an Associate in the IP Litigation Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv Office. Ori specializes in intellectual property disputes involving patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, counterfeiting and unfair competition. Ori represents a wide range of Israeli and international clients in civil proceedings involving temporary injunctions, oppositions and applications for cancellation before the Israel Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office and the Israeli civil courts.
Ori joined the IP Litigation Group upon completing his internship and student-internship with the firm. Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Ori externed for the Hon. Judge Douglas S. Lavine of the Connecticut Appellate Court and completed the fall semester at the University of Connecticut School of Law. Ori also served as a member of the editorial board of the international Journal of Law, Religion & State and worked as a research assistant in the field of intellectual property for Prof. Miriam Marcowitz-Bitton of Bar-Ilan University.
