Arik Chikotay specializes in corporate and securities law, with a focus on IPOs, equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, control contests, and complex corporate governance matters.
He began his legal career in the corporate and securities department of a leading Tel Aviv law firm, where he gained experience advising public companies and key players in the Israeli capital markets.
Arik advises both public and private companies on IPOs, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory reporting obligations. His experience includes representing companies in IPOs on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, providing legal counsel in M&A transactions involving both public and private entities, advising on governance frameworks and disclosure requirements, and representing clients in control contests.
