BIOGRAPHY
Lina Wang is an associate in the US Corporate Practice Group, where she advises company clients on technology transactions and corporate matters. She brings a strong track record across the technology industry and corporate law.
Lina Wang advises clients on technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and related corporate and securities matters. Her technology transactions practice centers on drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, software licensing arrangements, cloud services contracts, and other complex commercial technology agreements, with particular attention to their privacy and cybersecurity terms.
Before joining Pearl Cohen, Lina practiced in the corporate groups of leading international law firms. Her corporate experience includes drafting stock purchase agreements, advising private equity funds on equity investments, preparing Form 10-K and other SEC filings, and handling corporate governance matters.
Lina’s clients range from early-stage technology start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and private equity funds, with work spanning the technology, healthcare, and franchise sectors.
Lina is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
