Rachel Oyewo is an associate in the UK IP Practice Group and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales, with extensive experience across patents and trademarks — managing trademark and patent filings, prosecution, and licensing matters.
She oversees EPO and UK IPO procedural practice at a firm-wide level, supporting domestic and international clients from diverse industries in protecting, maintaining, and commercialising their intellectual property portfolios. With an LLB in Commercial Law and a strong foundation in business principles, she combines her practical experience in the UK’s intellectual property team with a commercially focused approach to deliver effective IP solutions.
