Dr. Pavel Kozlovsky is a Patent Attorney in the Patent and Intellectual Property Groups at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office.
Pavel’s practice includes drafting and prosecution of patent applications in fields of medical devices (e.g., MRI systems, fiber-based devices, skin treatment devices, drug delivery devices), mechanics (e.g., weapon systems, agricultural systems, automotive systems, household appliances, safety mechanisms), electronics (e.g., RF technology, spectrometry) and software (e.g., image/video processing systems, information and communication systems), as well as due diligence and litigation support.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Pavel earned his B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, with honors. Pavel conducted research at Reproductive and Respiratory Bioengineering Laboratory and was a teaching assistant and a lecturer on Bio-Mechanics and Bio-Fluid Mechanics at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Tel Aviv University.
Pavel’s research included theoretical (e.g., finite elements) and experimental studies of biomechanical and biofluid phenomena in human reproductive and respiratory system and development medical devices, such as infant-feeding assisting devices (e.g., breast pumps and baby bottle teats) and liquid pumps (e.g., infusion pumps).
