BIOGRAPHY
Nir is a Senior Associate in the IL Tax Practice Group at Pearl Cohen Tel Aviv office.
He has been practicing Tax law for 8 years, working for the Israeli Tax Authority and in some of the top Law Firms in Israel.
Nir specializes in Equity-Based Compensation, Tax aspects of M&A, and Corporate Restricting. He advises and counsels startup companies regarding investments, and all matters of corporate tax and participating in M&A including drafting SPA, Secondaries, etc.
