BIOGRAPHY
With almost 25 years of experience, Hadar Solomon is a highly skilled Israeli Hi-Tech executive and a senior Corporate, Commercial, Intellectual-Property and Technology-Transfer Attorney.
As the Head of Pearl Cohen’s China Desk, his work includes representing Chinese companies operating in Israel, as well as Chinese funds, strategic and corporate investors, Israeli ventures in M&A transactions, as well as representing Israeli entities by setting up their China operations.
Hadar also served as an executive, management member, and legal counsel of some of Israel’s leading high-tech companies, among them Lumenis (Israel’s largest medical-device company), ESC Medical Systems, Laser Industries, and ECtel Ltd. He also served as the CEO of ETROG GmbH, a Swiss Intellectual Property Commercialization, and management company, overseeing a large IP portfolio, licensing it globally, and collecting royalties.
Hadar’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. He advises his clients on a broad range of Corporate, Commercial, and technology innovation-driven transactions and IP affairs.
