Or Talmon specializes in civil, commercial, and administrative litigation.
His work includes representing clients in all legal courts and arbitration, in the fields of commercial law, class action suits, derivative claims, tenders’ law, consumer protection law, contracts, and real estate. He has been involved in large due diligence matters; infringement, validity, and patentability opinions; licensing matters; and opposition proceedings in Israel and in Europe.
Or’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. He represents Israeli and international companies in a wide range of industries, such as automotive, consumer goods and retail, travel, and hospitality.
