BIOGRAPHY
Ryan Outersky is a Law Clerk in the US Corporate Practice Group, developing his practice in corporate and commercial law with a focus on governance, compliance, and transactional work.
He supports a wide range of clients, from emerging startups to established companies, and is building experience across industries including technology, life sciences, healthcare, and artificial intelligence. Ryan previously worked as a paralegal at Pearl Cohen in the same practice group.
Ryan’s work includes negotiating terms, drafting and reviewing agreements, counseling start-ups on formation, fundraising, and governance. He has been involved in large due diligence matters, equity and financing arrangements, and advising on compliance and regulatory considerations across technology, life sciences, healthcare, and artificial intelligence sectors.
Ryan is a member of the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
