BIOGRAPHY
With over 15 years of experience, Rivi provides legal advice in the areas of cyber security, privacy and data protection, technology licensing and information technology.
Rivi is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Tel Aviv University and is a member of the Israel Bar Association. She holds a CISSP certification from ISC2 (2023), a CISM certification from ISACA (2023), a CISO certification (2022) and a DPO certification (2023) – both from Machon Magid, the Hebrew University.
Before joining Pearl Cohen, Rivi served as a lawyer in various companies in the U.S. and Israel. Rivi established the U.S. legal department of Infinidat Inc., a data storage unicorn, and led commercial agreements, licensing and services agreements, legal aspects of privacy, agreements with Fortune 500 customers, OEM and VAR agreements, as well as leading a new subscription model for the company. Before joining Infinidat Inc., Rivi worked at RSA Security and provided advice regarding commercial matters, including licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, evaluation agreements, and negotiations with customers.
Rivi has extensive knowledge in privacy and cyber security, including technical and legal aspects.
