BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Iris Mahrer is a Patent Attorney in the Life Sciences Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office.
She received her B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, M.Sc. in Solid Mechanics and Ph.D. in Computational Motor Control, all from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Her practice includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications in variety of fields, including: security methods, optimization algorithms, network applications, communication and medical devices. Her former position as an engineer in the aircraft industry included developing guidance algorithms, designing neural networks for control and diagnostics, and finite element analysis.
