BIOGRAPHY
Adv. Rachel Ratovitch is an Of Counsel in the Health Services, Hospitals and Health Corporations Practice Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv Office.
Rachel holds over 30 years of experience in litigation and has served in diverse key public roles, among them as Senior Deputy to the Commissioner of The Capital Market, Insurance & Savings and as Deputy Inspector of Insurance, as legal counsel to the Ministry of the Economy and Planning, as Senior Deputy Legal Counsel for the National Insurance Institute (Bituach Leumi – Social Services) Legislative Department, and as legal counsel to the Association of Light Industry in Jerusalem.
Rachel has proven abilities in providing legal decisions as Deputy Inspector of Insurance which were authorized by District Courts and the Supreme Court and holds vast experience in insurance and Bituach Leumi litigation, Writ of Execution law, administrative and public law, and labor laws; and decades of experience as a mediator in conflict resolution outside the court.
