BIOGRAPHY
Refael is a senior and experienced attorney, with a wealth of experience in the field of litigation and class and derivative actions, who represents leading multinational and Israeli corporations.
His work includes litigating a wide variety of commercial disputes and class and derivative actions before the courts and in arbitration proceedings, representing clients in cases dealing with securities, tenders, real estate, distribution agreements and disputes relating to unfair competition and misleading consumers, misrepresentation in advertisements in the media and proceedings for the approval of advertisements before the Second Television and Radio Authority. Refael also acts as an arbitrator in complex commercial disputes.
Refael also served as the chairman of the Litigation Committee of the Israel Bar Association. Moreover, he was appointed a member of a committee of the Israel Bar Association that considered the reform of the Civil Procedure Regulations.
Rafael’s clients range from large household-name multinational corporations from around the world and leading and well-known entities in the Israeli economy from a wide range of sectors, including the fields of electronics, industry, energy, retail, communications, consumer goods and food.
Refael lectures in various forums, including for the Israel Bar Association, in his fields of expertise.
