BIOGRAPHY
Ofek Sorkin is an attorney in the firm’s Insolvency Practice Group.
He specializes in insolvency law, banking, enforcement proceedings and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on asset realization, debt arrangements and proofs of debt.
Ofek has extensive experience handling complex corporate rehabilitation and liquidation proceedings, debt restructurings and receiverships. He also advises insolvency officeholders, banks and other financing institutions on a broad range of insolvency-related matters and structures and documents complex financing transactions.
