Moshe is Counsel and Leader of the firm’s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits practice area. Moshe specializes in U.S. and Israeli taxation law, including taxation of individuals, corporations, and venture capital funds, as well as real estate taxation and indirect taxation. Moshe advises clients on a broad range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings, as well as executive compensation and employee benefit taxation and structuring.
