Gal’s practice focuses on hi-tech, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial laws.
Her work includes representing entrepreneurs, investors, and companies in the various stages of their development, mostly in the fields of Internet, Mobile, Fintech and Blockchain, Media and AdTech, Cyber, Clean-Tech and AgTech, medical devices, and Medical Health.
Gal has been involved in representing emerging growth companies and their investors, from the very early stages of their development through their growth and exit transactions. She advises these clients on their ongoing legal needs, on venture capital and private equity financing, cross-border strategic and commercial transactions, joint ventures, and global expansion.
