BIOGRAPHY
Austin has experience working with start-ups and emerging growth companies, predominately those located in the U.S. and Israel, from formation to exit.
His work includes advising and working with strategic investors and venture capital funds, in connection with corporate finance transactions, as well as buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Austin served as a Board Member on Manhattan Community Board 4 in New York City.
