BIOGRAPHY
Nurit Mass Lindenbaum serves as Of Counsel in the practice group at Pearl Cohen, contributing her expertise as a Chilean-qualified attorney.
With a focus on cross-border corporate transactions and commercial matters, she advises investors and technology companies on financing rounds, M&A, and international expansion.
Leveraging her experience in Latin America, Spain and Israel, Nurit works with multinational groups and major Spanish holdings on corporate governance, compliance and commercial contracting. Her practice includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements; overseeing governance and regulatory compliance for multinational subsidiaries; and supporting cross-border transactions, due diligence and M&A processes. She also assists clients in implementing compliance and privacy frameworks aligned with international regulations.
Fluent in Spanish and English, and conversational in Hebrew, Nurit brings a multicultural perspective and strong communication skills that facilitate collaboration across Latin America, Spain and Israel.
She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and is currently pursuing admission to the Israeli Bar.
Her clients range from startups to multinational corporations, and she advises across multiple jurisdictions on governance, commercial transactions and compliance matters.
