THE PRACTICE
Public law, that is, administrative and constitutional law and regulation, is critical to the success of organizations in the Israeli economy. Judging by current trends, their importance is expected to intensify in the coming years. Our Public Law, Governmental Relations and Regulation Practice Group is led by Adv. Shlomit Barnea Farago, an expert in the field who headed the legal advisory division of the Prime Minister’s Office for 24 years. Under her leadership, the attorneys in our Public Law, Governmental Relations and Regulation Practice Group are proud to be shaping and driving significant processes at the interface between the private sector and government and regulatory agencies.
Our expertise in administrative and constitutional law allows us to serve a wide range of clients: from emerging companies facing initial regulatory challenges, to established corporations operating in complex regulatory environments, to public and institutional entities. The attorneys in our practice group provide legal counsel drawing on extensive experience, proficiency in frequently changing laws and regulations, and a deep understanding of governmental dynamics and state authorities.
We work diligently to provide our clients with solutions, peace of mind, and confidence in achieving their objectives.
