Pearl Cohen’s cross-border team is proud to have successfully represented Telit in the sale of its automotive division to the Chinese company TUS international for US$105M!
This transaction was led by our partner Yossi Weinstock, together with Zeev Pearl, Kalia Klein, Milo Eadan, Jacqueline Zion and Guy Yonay.
The team acted as counsel to both Telit’s parent company and its Israeli subsidiary, alongside the international well known law firm CMS LLC.
