Clyde Shuman is a Partner in the Patent Litigation and Post Grant Proceedings Group and in the Copyright, Design and Trademark Litigation Group. Clyde is also a Partner in the Commercial Litigation Group at Pearl Cohen's New York office.
Clyde has been litigating intellectual property disputes for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in patent and trademark litigation, and patent and trademark prosecution, as well as opposition and cancellation proceedings. Clyde has litigated patent disputes in a variety of technologies, including: Near Field Communications devices, machine-to-machine communications, computer printer software, computer graphics subsystems, medical devices, and digital printing plates. He has also litigated trademark disputes involving multilevel computer marketing of nutritional supplements, as well as disputes involving Internet marketing of precious gemstones. Clude's experience includes Markman hearings, trials and appeals.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Clyde was an associate at Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione.
