BIOGRAPHY
Yoav represents private and public companies from various industries in a wide array of corporate matters, including corporate reporting and compliance issues, as well as on all forms of capital raising. His practice involves capital markets, M&A, commercial agreements and fundraising. In addition, yoav provides day-to-day advice and legal consultation to Israeli corporate and securities law.
Prior to joining the firm, Yoav interned in the legal department of one of the largest high-tech companies in Israel. Before graduating from law school, Yoav worked for 10 years as a software manager at the Israeli courts administration, Tel Aviv district.
