BIOGRAPHY
Niv provides legal advice and accompanies public and private companies in IPOs, capital and debt raising and offerings in the secondary market. Niv provides on-going counsel on a wide variety of legal and commercial operations relating to corporations traded on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), as well as in complex transactions in the Israeli capital market, with emphasis on public procurement transactions, Procurement, financing transactions, restructuring, mergers, and raising of capital or debt on TASE. In addition, Niv represents various clients in varied investment projects, accompanied by all venture stages.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Niv worked as an associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman and previously at M. Firon & Co. Under these frameworks, Niv specialized for several years in accompanying a variety of investment bodies and financial intermediaries such as investment houses, brokers, stock exchange members, fintech companies, credit companies and family offices; He also specialized in assisting unions operating in the Israeli capital market, before all relevant regulators in Israel, on issues related to the regulation of the brokerage field, and the field of providing credit and providing services in financial assets. All, both in establishment and licensing processes, both in commercial engagements and investment processes, and in corporate governance and financial regulations at all levels.
Niv received his LL.B, cum laude, and his B.A in Economics (Major in Finance) at the College of Management Academic Studies in 2016.
During his studies Moshe served as editorial staff member of ‘Hamispat’ Law Review, also, he served as research assistant.
