BIOGRAPHY
Nahum represents private and public companies from various industries in a wide array of corporate matters, including corporate reporting and compliance issues, as well as on all forms of capital raising. His practice involves capital markets, M&A, commercial agreements and fundraising. In addition, Nahum provides day-to-day advice and legal consultation to Israeli corporate and securities law.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Nahum was an associate in the law office of Granot & co. – law office, in the insolvency and Litigation Department
