Miriam Kurien Tyrell is an Associate in the Patents Group at Pearl Cohen’s New York office. Miriam’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation, patent drafting and prosecution, licensing investigations, due diligence, and opinion analysis work.

Miriam received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, her M.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in biomaterials and polymer therapeutics from New York University Polytechnic School of Engineering, and her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Miriam is also a registered U.S. Patent Attorney.
