Jordan Lofaro comes to Pearl Cohen’s Boston office after building a 5-year career at the intersection of Law and Venture Capital.
Prior to joining our team, Jordan served as the Corporate VC Investor & Counsel for McClatchy, a U.S. newspaper conglomerate of 30 media brands including The Miami Herald, Sacramento Bee, and Kansas City Star. At McClatchy, Jordan directed millions of VC dollars into startups in order to spark product innovation and create new revenue channels for the 160-year old corporation.

Jordan offers unique perspective on the intersection of corporate innovation, international deal-making, and the mechanics of venture capital financings from the investor’s side of the table.
