BIOGRAPHY
Jonathan (Yoni) Ross is a Senior Patent attorney in the Life Sciences Practice Group a Pearl Cohen. Yoni received a Bachelors of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union (1999). Yoni concentrates his practice in the drafting and prosecuting of patent applications. He has considerable experience advising innovators and companies in regard to portfolio and prosecution strategy, patentability, validity and freedom to operate opinions, due diligence of portfolios, and providing advice to counsel regarding licensing. He has experience in a wide variety of technological and commercial fields, including medical devices, machine tools, computer software, military technology, agriculture, robotics and general consumer and household products. He is licensed to practice before the Israeli Patent Office and the United States Patent Offices.
