Inbal Navot-Eisenthal is a Partner in the IP Litigation Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Inbal has over 10 years of experience in handling various intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting litigation and prosecution. Inbal specializes in matters involving intellectual property rights, such as patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, domain names, counterfeiting and unfair competition.
Inbal has gained extensive experience in representing local and foreign clients before all instances of Israeli civil courts and before the Israeli Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office, in Intellectual Property disputes, including oppositions, revocations, interim injunctions and infringement lawsuits. Inbal has also gained wide experience in liaising with local intellectual property enforcement authorities, such as Customs, Police and Ministry of Health, in the matters of counterfeit merchandise and parallel importation.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Inbal was the head of the litigation department in an Israeli IP boutique firm. Before that Inbal worked for 9 years as an IP attorney at Sanford T. Colb & Co.
