Gony is an Associate in the Hi-Tech Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office.
Gony’s practice focuses on hi-tech, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and corporate governance.
Gony has experience representing emerging growth companies and their investors, from the very early stages of their development through their growth and exit transactions. She advises these clients on their ongoing legal needs, on venture capital and private equity financing, cross-border strategic and commercial transactions, joint ventures, global expansion and more.
