Gadi is an Associate in the High-Tech department of the Firm’s Tel Aviv branch. Gadi’s work is focused on providing comprehensive legal advice to start-ups operating in various industries, from incorporation (and earlier) to exit. Gadi is also experienced in accompanying venture capital transactions of various types on both sides of the table, representing target companies, venture capital funds, accelerators and strategic investors.
As a member of the Firm’s Japan Desk, Gadi advises Japanese corporations on establishing innovation centers and accelerators in Israel, including representation during onboarding negotiations with local startup companies.
Gadi joined our firm in 2018. Before joining our firm, Gadi was employed as an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at a leading Tel Aviv law firm. During his studies, Gadi served as a teaching and research assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
