Esther has extensive experience in all aspects of innovation and technology implementation, organizational knowledge and change management processes in the legal sector, and an in-depth knowledge of the legal industry as well as of the legaltech start-up ecosystem, with over 10 years' experience as a corporate and securities attorney in Israel's leading law firms.

As part of her role at the firm, Esther concentrates on driving innovation initiatives and legal technology implementation, as well as collective legal knowledge and professional expertise management across the firm’s offices in Israel, US and UK, to support the firm’s core legal practice and organizational business processes, helping the firm better serve its clients.
Ms. Dediashvili is an experienced attorney and legal technology and legal knowledge management expert. Esther has extensive experience in all aspects of innovation and technology implementation, organizational knowledge and change management processes in the legal sector, and an in-depth knowledge of the legal industry as well as of the legaltech start-up ecosystem, with over 10 years’ experience as a corporate and securities attorney in Israel’s leading law firms.
Esther initiated, organized and hosted the Israeli chapter of the Global Legal Hackathon (GLH), the largest legal innovation initiative in history spanning over 45 cities around the world. It was the first legal hackathon in Israel and has grown to become the main legal innovation initiative in Israel since its inception in 2018, with over 250 participants, including start-ups, entrepreneurs, technologists, legal professionals, academics and students, coming together to collaborate on creating innovative technological solutions for the legal sector.
Esther served on judges’ panels of diverse start-up competitions, including Israel and Global Legal Hackathon and MassChallenge, and represented Israel as a judge on the final Global Judging Panel at the GLH 2018 and 2019 finals in New York, alongside world-renowned legal and technology experts.
As a leading female legal technology professional in Israel, Esther was selected to be Israel’s Ambassador for the Global Rise Of Women in LegalTech (GROWL) initiative aimed to support up-and-coming women leaders in legal innovation around the world.
Esther writes and speaks regularly on the subject of law and technology, innovation and knowledge management in various Israeli and international publications and venues.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Esther served as the first Legal Knowledge Manager and Head of Legal Technology Implementation in Israel at one of Israel’s largest law firms.
Esther has gained extensive experience as a securities and corporate attorney in Israel’s leading law firms, representing privately-held and publicly traded companies in a broad range of industries and financial institutions, in all major aspects of securities regulation, corporate law, and a wide variety of international and domestic business transactions. Esther also served as an external “in-house” legal advisor to an Israeli branch of a major international banking institution and its local brokerage company.
Esther served as a teaching assistant in “Securities Regulation” course at the Buchmann Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv University.
During her studies, Ms. Dediashvili served as a volunteer tutor at the Tel Aviv University Law School within the framework of the “Honchut Ishit” program, aimed at assisting law students with the successful completion of their studies and the improvement of their legal writing skills.
