Dela Leybovich is an Associate in the U.S. Business Immigration Group at Pearl Cohen’s New York office. Dela handles a wide range of immigration matters, with a concentration in business immigration. Dela assists clients with obtaining nonimmigrant visas (B-1, E visas, H-1B, L-1, O-1, R-1, TN, T and U) and employment-based U.S. lawful permanent residency (I-140 petitions for individuals with Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professors and Researchers, Multinational Executives and Managers, Professionals with Advanced Degree or Exceptional Ability in the sciences, arts, or business, PERM, and EB-5).
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Dela worked as an Associate Attorney at Nachman, Phulwani, Zimovcak Law Group, P.C., focusing on U.S. business immigration.
Dela earned her Master of Law degree (LL.M.) from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. She also earned a law degree and graduated at the top of her class from Volgograd University in Russia.
Dela is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is admitted to practice in New York State and Russia.
