Chen Arobas is an Associate in the IP Litigation Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv Office. Chen specializes in intellectual property disputes involving patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, counterfeiting and unfair competition.
Chen represents clients in intellectual property disputes involving civil proceedings, motions for temporary injunctions, oppositions and applications for cancellation before the Israel Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office as well as the entire range of Israeli civil courts.
Chen joined the IP Litigation Group upon completing his internship with the firm. Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Chen took part in Haifa University’s Clinic of Law and Technology under the guidance of Prof. Niva Elkin-Koren and worked as a research assistant in the field of Cyber Security and Privacy for Dr. Eldar Haber of Haifa University.
