“What sets our department apart from others engaged in the Trademark practice is our constant focus on the clients’ needs and our deep understanding of the International Trademark System.”
Anat Mandel is a Trademark Attorney representing both Israeli and international clients. Anat counsels clients on trademark availability, eligibility and filing in Israel and abroad. Anat files, manages and prosecutes trademark applications before the Israeli Patent and Trademark Office as well as International Trademark Authorities. She also represents clients in Trademark litigation and enforcement proceedings.
Due to her deep understanding of the International Trademark System, Anat specializes in forming and carrying out “tailor-made” trademark filing strategies fitted with the client’s specific needs. Always seeing the “bigger-picture”, Anat work closely with local trademark attorneys in foreign countries, overseeing and managing clients’ worldwide trademark portfolios.
