Aliza Gabizon Gilboa is a Partner in the Capital Markets and Securities Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office.
For over 15 years, Aliza has been representing private and public companies in a broad range of aspects of their day-to-day corporate reporting and compliance issues. As part of her practice, Aliza provides comprehensive advice and legal support from the early stages of incorporation through their ongoing activities.
