BIOGRAPHY
As a primary external counsel, Adar provides her clients with ongoing advice on the establishment, maintenance, and day-to-day activities of operating companies in Israel.
Her work includes advising clients on all aspects of their corporate operations; from formation and corporate governance to investments agreements and mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, manufacturing, distribution agreements, and commercial leases.
Adar’s clients range from start-up companies to global corporations, non-profit organizations, and private companies.
