He handles prosecution of patent and trademark applications worldwide, licensing of intellectual property rights, and opinions of patentability and freedom to operate.
David Loewenstein has been practicing intellectual-property litigation for multinational clients for the past 25 years. He has also been given an AV preeminent® rating from Martindale Hubbell, based on reviews by his peers.
Darya Kapulina is a corporate lawyer and litigator, counseling clients in commercial transactions, intellectual property licensing and litigation, and corporate litigation and dispute resolution. This is the first time she has been recognized by Super Lawyers.
